Acknowledgement
Once payment has been received, your registration will be acknowledged in writing with confirmation of your requirements. If you do not receive a confirmation letter, please contact Kate Johnson (see contact details below).
Entry into Conference
Conference delegates will receive a named lanyard. Lanyards must be worn at all times as this acts as the official entry into the sessions, trade exhibition and evening functions.
Registration Cancellations
Registration cancellations must be received in writing and addressed to Kate Johnson (see contact details below). A confirmation of cancellation will be emailed and refunds will be made in full up until 5pm Friday 18 May 2012, less a $100 Administration Fee for registration cancellations and less a $20 Administration fee for Evening Function cancellations (please note Evening Functions will be refunded pro-rata dependant on discount). No refunds will be made after this date and full registration fees will be charged.
