How will the Interfirm Comparison Workshops run in 2012?
Workshops will run as group sessions, with each group being facilitated by a member of the Harcourts corporate team to encourage and promote meaningful group discussion. An initial briefing prior to the workshops will assist you to get the most out of the sessions.
What to expect?
Every business leader who registers and supplies their financial data will receive a personalised Interfirm Comparison workbook. The workbook will benchmark your productivity and profitability using a range of key performance indicators against relevant ‘average’ and ‘best-practice’ real estate businesses. Reports will be mailed to registered delegates by 30th April, allowing time for you to familiarise yourself with the information provided.
How do I attend?
Pre-registration via the conference registration form or website is required. In addition, all delegates wanting to attend must complete a submission to register their data.
The Harcourts finance team will circulate the submission template by email prior to 31st January 2012. The template will request a snapshot of your business’s most recent financial performance over a 12 month period enabling your contribution to be included and confidentially benchmarked against the performance of other businesses throughout Australasia.
To be eligible to attend, submit your completed submission by email to interfirm.submission@harcourts.com.au throughout February and March. To ensure sufficient time to prepare each personalised report, all submissions must be received no later than 31 March 2012.
