Acknowledgement

Once payment has been received, your registration will be acknowledged in writing with confirmation of your requirements. If you do not receive a confirmation letter, please contact Anna Laird (see contact details below).

Entry into Conference

Conference delegates will receive a named lanyard. Lanyards must be worn at all times as this acts as the official entry into the sessions, trade exhibition and evening functions.

Registration Cancellations

Registration cancellations must be received in writing and addressed to Annah Laird (see contact details below). A confirmation of cancellation will be emailed and refunds will be made in full up until 5pm Friday 11 May 2012.
